Shwmae, I'm Iestyn Davies! I'm a AS student at Coleg Gwent and the coach at Rhedeg Gyda Iestyn.
My love for running began at the start of 2024, and since, I haven’t looked back. I've already smashed my goal of doing a half marathon, with many more races to come. Running has become a major part of my life, and now I want to share that passion.
My journey was inspired by my dad, who has been a keen runner for years and is my mentor. His passion motivates me, and I hope to pass on that same feeling to everyone in the community.
